St. Albert Adult Learning Centre offers a variety of credit and non-credit learning opportunities:

  • prepare for credit courses through skills upgrading in communication, math or computers
  • earn high school credits in day classes or through correspondence courses
  • obtain your grade twelve diploma
  • learn english as a second language
  • access on-site day care operated by Jubilee Heritage Family Resources
  • start when you're ready: continuous intake from September to June
  • enjoy flexible scheduling for eligible programs
  • maximize your success with individualized instruction
  • get here hassle free: transportation provided for students under 21 and transportation subsidy available for eligible Literacy and Basic Skills students


If your goal is to further your education, to improve your workforce readiness skills, or to become more independent, then St. Albert's upgrading program is for you. St. Albert Adult Learning Centre helps adult learners to prepare for credit courses by offering small class sizes, individualized programming in English and math, instruction that enables beginners to become comfortable with computers, and a caring, supportive environment that encourages students to work to their potential.
