The Student Services Consortium can help you identify the Catholic schools that serve your neighbourhood and arrange for transportation if applicable. Contact the Consortium at (705)521-1234, and be sure to specify Catholic schools in your inquiry. Staff there will need to know what grade your child is in, if you plan to enrol your child in a Regular or French Immersion program, and if your child has special needs.

Once you have determined which school your child will attend, contact the school and make an appointment to register your child. Please remember to bring:

• Birth Certificate
• Health Card Number
• Baptism Certificate
• Immunization Card

Please feel free to call The Sudbury Catholic District School Board at (705)673-5620 if we can be of any further assistance.
