St. Mary School, Healthy School, Healthy Kids!

November 16, 2006 - St. Mary Catholic School in Capreol held a “Nutrition Day” facilitated by RN, Christine Prokulevich as part of the Sudbury District Health Unit’s, “Healthy Schools, Healthy Kids” initiative. All classes participated in many exciting events which emphasized healthy lunch and healthy snacks as the main theme. In addition, a Healthy Lunch Contest will also be held at the school for the next two weeks offering students the opportunity to win heart healthy prizes.
