St. Anne Catholic School Presents “Twist and Shout"

May 30, 2007 - St. Anne Catholic School, 4500 St. Michel in Hanmer is proud to present its year end musical production “Twist and Shout” starting Wednesday, June 6 until Friday, June 8, 2007. More than 35 talented singers, actors and dancers will be featured in this 1960's style rock and roll show, which also features a special appearance by the king of rock and roll himself, Elvis Presley.

The story is about a young teenage songwriter, Rhonda Cascade, who tries to get her song published by a scrupulous producer who in turn, steals the song for himself. Along the way Rhonda enlists the help of Sam Sunday, a bumbling police detective, to help her in her quest to get her song back.

The price of admission is $7.00 for adults and $4.00 for seniors and students. Show times are at 7:00 p.m. each evening in the gymnasium. Tickets can be purchased at the door each evening. All money raised will help support the Arts program at St. Anne Catholic School.
