Bishop Carter Alexander hosts Health and Wellness Day for students

photo

May 5, 2017 - Bishop Alexander Carter C.S.S hosted it's second annual Health and Wellness Day on Thursday May 4th 2017. The day was organized to help give students several different options on how to deal with stress and become more physically active. The day was divided to give each grade two classroom sessions along with two active sessions throughout the day. Lunch was prepared by students and staff for all participants. A nice warm bowl of soup along with greek salad and either egg or chicken salad sandwiches definitely added to the event and the promotion of healthy eating. The event concluded with a great motivational speech by author Connor LaRocque.
The Gators would like to thank all of the following community partners who made the day such a success.
