St. Michael School SCDSB Soccer Champs, 2004

July 8, 2004 - St. Michael Catholic School, Grade 5 & 6 students recently won the Sudbury Catholic District School Board's Coed Soccer Tournament. The event was held at the Lily Creek Field with five schools competing for SCDSB championship. St. Michael school went up againstt St. Raphael Catholic School in the final match with the game being decided in sudden death overtime. Tyler Lavallie scored the winning goal for St. Michael’s. The team was coached by the school's Grade 6 teacher, Ms. G. Visentin.
