Sudbury Business Professional Women's Club Recognizes Marymount Student

Barry MacDonald, Vice-Chair of the Sudbury Catholic District School Board presents Heather Martin, a Grade 12 student at Marymount Academy with a Certificate of Recognition for being honoured for her political work by the Business Professional Women's Club of Sudbury.

December 7, 2005 - Barry MacDonald, Vice-Chair of the Sudbury Catholic District School Board recently presented Heather Martin, a Grade 12 student at Marymount Academy, with a Certificate of Recognition at a board meeting. Heather was selected by the Business Professional Women's Club of Sudbury (BPWC) to receive the Young Business and Professional Women's Club Political Award for her political activism, advocacy, and lobbying efforts at the local, provincial, federal, and international levels. Heather was presented with the award at the young BPWC Recognition Night earlier this year. Congratulations Heather!
