High School Transcripts

During the school year, high school transcripts are obtained by contacting the school. Transcripts are best obtained from the last school attended so they are reflective of all credits earned throughout a student's high school career.

When school is not in session, transcripts may be requested at the Catholic Education Centre by email or phone:

Other School Records

Past and current students in Ontario have a Ministry of Education mandated student record called the Ontario Student Record (OSR). The OSR follows students throughout their school career and moves with them between schools and school boards within Ontario. The OSR is archived at the last school attended in Ontario. Contact the last school attended to make arrangement to receive a copy of your OSR.

Sudbury Catholic Schools include English and French Immersion Catholic schools in the City of Greater Sudbury and in the communities of Markstay and Killarney. If the last school attended was within the jurisdiction of Sudbury Catholic Schools, contact the school. If the last school attended was a French or non-Catholic school, or a school outside these boundaries, you will need to contact another school board.

Records may be stored centrally at the Catholic Education Centre if the last school attended has been closed. If your school was within the jurisdiction of Sudbury Catholic Schools but does not appear on our list of Sudbury Catholic Schools, contact the Catholic Education Centre by email or phone:

Email: records@sudburycatholicschools.ca
