site from about.com for all things Catholic - especially
for teacher and older student's reference. It is American rather
than Canadian and so some of the justice links concern American
situations.

This
is the Web site for World
Youth Day, the gathering of Catholic young people (up
to age 35) from 150 countries. There will be days spent in various
Canadian dioceses (July 18-21) before meeting in Toronto (July
23 -28). The pope is planning to come to Toronto to be part of
the celebration. This is to be the Big event in Canadian
Catholic life this year, and the World Youth Day Cross will be
in our Diocese in early February. The involvement of participants
or volunteers is part of our Board's Direction for the year, so
you'll be hearing lots more about World Youth Day - geared especially
to older teens and younger adults.
